I’m Melanie Eby
I’m a proud mom of two amazing daughters—both married and now talking about making me a grandma (eeek!). Being a mom has taught me how to juggle a million things at once, listen with my whole heart, and stay grounded in what matters most. These are the same strengths I bring to my work: clarity, calm, and genuine care.
I’m also a caregiver to my incredible 91-year-old mother. That role requires patience, adaptability, and the ability to solve problems with grace—skills I’ve naturally carried into how I support my clients. Caregiving has taught me how to plan ahead while remaining present, how to lead with empathy, and how to create structure in the midst of chaos.
Before this chapter, I spent most of my life in the nonprofit world, especially in international development—living and working across four continents. I was born in Papua New Guinea (Pidgin was my first language!) and later became fluent in Portuguese, picked up some Hindi, and understand a fair bit of Spanish. This multicultural life gave me a global lens, deep cultural sensitivity, and the ability to adapt quickly and communicate clearly in just about any setting.
Now, I’ve launched something new—something that combines my lifelong passion for words, organization, and meaningful service. My work helps small business owners and nonprofits stay focused on their mission while I handle the behind-the-scenes details that make it all run smoothly. I believe my personal life hasn’t just shaped me—it equipped me. And that’s what makes this business not just possible, but powerful!
